Stealth Power and Stealth Intelligence are rapidly scaling companies at the intersection of clean energy, fleet technology, and intelligent data solutions. We design and build advanced mobile power systems and data platforms for commercial, utility, entertainment, and defense clients. Our systems combine renewable power generation, high-density energy storage, and intelligent control software to deliver resilient, reliable, and sustainable power solutions.

We are looking for 1–2 highly motivated, entry-level Sales Associates to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone early in their sales career who’s hungry to learn, ready to chase opportunities, and eager to see results. You’ll have the freedom to get creative in finding prospects, the confidence to start conversations, and the persistence to turn interest into signed deals—backed by subject matter experts who can help you deliver the technical details.

You will work directly with leadership to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close new business. Once a deal is secured, you will hand off to our engineering and account management teams for technical execution—your focus is finding the opportunity and winning the sale.

About This Role

  • Proactively research and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and creative prospecting.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their operational challenges and introduce Stealth Power/Stealth Intelligence solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and identify target markets.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and account management teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to execution.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Present product capabilities, including high-level technical details, with support from the engineering team as needed.

About You

  • 1–3 years of professional experience (sales, business development, or related) – internships, part-time, or project experience welcome.
  • Technical curiosity and ability to understand complex products (prior experience in technology, energy, or fleet solutions a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven to meet and exceed goals.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling company with evolving processes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
