We design and build advanced mobile power systems and data platforms for commercial, utility, entertainment, and defense clients. Our systems combine renewable power generation, high-density energy storage, and intelligent control software to deliver resilient, reliable, and sustainable power solutions.

We are looking for 1–2 highly motivated, entry-level Sales Associates to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone early in their sales career who’s hungry to learn, ready to chase opportunities, and eager to see results. You’ll have the freedom to get creative in finding prospects, the confidence to start conversations, and the persistence to turn interest into signed deals—backed by subject matter experts who can help you deliver the technical details.

You will work directly with leadership to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close new business. Once a deal is secured, you will hand off to our engineering and account management teams for technical execution—your focus is finding the opportunity and winning the sale.

About This Role

We are looking for a dynamic, entry-level Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who thrives on making connections, opening doors, and turning interest into signed deals. You’ll work closely with company leadership to identify prospects, generate leads, and close new business, with support from our engineering and technical teams to back you up when it’s time to dive into the details.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role with room to grow. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing Stealth Power and Stealth Intelligence, understanding client needs, and offering high-level solutions. Once a deal is secured, you’ll hand it off to our engineering and account management teams for execution. Your job is to find and win the opportunity — and see the impact of your work in real time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and generate new leads through outbound outreach, networking, and creative prospecting
  • Initiate conversations with prospective clients to understand their operational challenges and position Stealth Power/Stealth Intelligence solutions
  • Present product capabilities and value propositions clearly and confidently, with technical support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activity, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and sales strategy for key verticals
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client site visits
  • Coordinate handoff to the engineering and account management teams for project execution

About You

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (internships or project experience welcome)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Curiosity and ability to learn complex technical products (experience in tech, energy, or fleet industries is a plus)
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resourceful
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting in a scaling company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus
