Stealth-Power, LLC is recruiting for a Logistics Manager who will perform duties related to warehouse/shop operations. We are looking for an individual that can develop policies and procedures to support a growing assembly/manufacturing operation located in Austin, Tx. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following: - Oversee and administer the Stealth-Power receiving/shipping operations. - Manage the inventory control operations of mission critical commodities and supplies for the company utilizing software that will maintain appropriate inventory levels for the assembly staff. - Directly coordinate the operations of the warehouse, including service contract invoice processing, maintenance of material handling equipment, safety, dispatch & transportation and customer order processing.

About This Role

  • Directly responsible for product inspection and quality control of all incoming and outgoing supplies.  
  • Collaborate with 3rd party logistics providers, company-wide customers and service contract vendors to ensure supplies and services are provided as needed.
  • Review and provide ledgers, reports, and spreadsheets to Stealth-Power leadership.
  • Formulate Supply Chain policies regarding operations, procedures, and methods to ensure adequate on-hand supplies and equipment to facilitate product delivery.  
  • Participate in ongoing continuous process improvement programs; identify ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

  • Two plus years of full-time progressively responsible experience in warehousing operations, logistics, product assembly or shipping.
  • Education and/or experience which is equivalent to the above at the rate of 1 year of college for 6 months of experience.
  • Must be computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Monday, Slack and Hubspot are an advantage.
  • Driver’s license valid in the State of Texas.
